Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise the Total Mobile system across the social housing portfolio
* Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure seamless integration
* Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring maximum system efficiency
* Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operation of mobile platforms for field teams
* Analyze data to improve service delivery and enhance operational performance
* Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile technology
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a systems analyst, with Total Mobile or similar platforms
* Strong knowledge of mobile solutions within the social housing sector or similar industries
* Excellent problem-solving skills and technical acumen
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* A proactive, solution-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Location: Remote with site visits to understand what users need from their Total Mobile systems (UK, car allowance provided as part of employment package)
Salary: Open to hearing what salary suitable candidates are on now – salary would be determined per interview
