Job Title: Business Development Executive (Sales Development Representative)
Location: Hybrid with 3 days per week in the office in Manchester
Salary: Expected OTE £40,000 - £45,000+
£30,000 basic salary plus commissions
£50 per meeting and 3% on any sales orders that have resulted from an appointment you set.

* 10 meetings per month

What support will I have?
You will have the support of an experienced sales and marketing team to help enhance your skills in cold calling, email outreach, social media outreach, attending industry events and shadowing client meetings. This role has the potential to develop into an Account Executive or Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling, emails and social media outreach to generate appointments for the Business Development Manager.
* Assist Sales Executives in sales meetings and gradually begin to assist with proposals and tenders with the aim of moving into a Business Development or Account Executive role.
* Form long-term business relationships with clients to ensure sustained business growth.
* Utilise CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and prospecting activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* At least 6 months experience in a B2B sales role.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales activities and track data.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
