About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Administrator to join our team based in Stafford to support the operations management team and Senior Quantity Surveyors. The role is based at Grindley House Farm with the option of hybrid working.
Location: Grindley House Farm, Stowe-by-Charterley, Stafford
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08.30am-16.30pm)
Responsibilities – but not limited to:
1. Assist in the valuation of works
2. Support in production of Applications for Payment
3. Facilitate production of cost reporting
4. Aid collection and collation of data
5. Support Subcontract procurement and payment
6. Maintain accurate records
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly knowledge of Microsoft Excel
2. Previous invoicing experience
3. Month end reporting
4. Ability to manage own time and work to business priorities and deadlines
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Working in a commercial department would be advantageous
7. Driving licence would be advantageous due to the rural location
