About the Role

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team, reporting to the Operations and Finance Director. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR, working closely with the finance and operations team and all other areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain HR documentation, including contracts of employment and employee handbooks
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, including supporting policy review and updates
* Manage the central People inbox and respond to employee queries
* Set up and update employee folders, induction checklists, and new starter setups
* Support the administration of recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and onboarding new hires
* Assist with the administration of benefits enrollment and employee reference checks
* Support broader HR activities, including engagement activity and events
Requirements
* Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent communication and rapport-building skills
* Proficient in using Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies
* Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ideal CIPD Level 3 qualification
