Role Summary
As the Workforce Product Support Manager you will work as part of the Workforce Solutions Team to support our key stakeholders in ensuring our systems are fully utilised. You will work closely with your suppliers to test, troubleshoot and problem solve systems issues, as well as support with the development of implementing strategies to increase stakeholder/user satisfaction.
Working as part of the Workforce Solutions Team, you will be a key member in delivering the Workforce Systems & Data Projects Intelligence and System Support in the wider HR digital services.
About the Role
A key part of the role will be working with users across the Trust to manage the activities relating to product support. The product you will be supporting will be our Electronic Staff Record (ESR) software, which is a critical software solution with a focus on staff record and payroll.
In order to successfully deliver in this role, you will need to be able to develop and sustain key working relationships to understand what our users need and to leverage the system to maximise optimisation. This includes looking at future system releases to test and implement changes and new functionality which supports the reduction of manual processes.
