Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning Support: Provide essential support to the financial advisors in the development and implementation of financial plans for clients. Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial products and market trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for client recommendations. Report Preparation: Prepare detailed and comprehensive financial planning reports, ensuring clarity and adherence to regulatory standards. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather necessary information and address queries related to financial plans. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring all activities align with the relevant guidelines. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paraplanner within the financial services sector. Qualifications: You should hold your Diploma in Financial Planning and ideally be working towards Chartered status. Technical Skills: Proficient in using financial planning software and tools. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients. Team Player: Collaborative approach to working within a team environment. Career Aspiration: Willingness to commit to the role of Paraplanner for up to 2 years with the opportunity for progression into advisory roles thereafter.
