As a People Services Administrator at Travelport, you can thrive in the exciting world of Travel Tech. You will come on board at a truly exciting time, and as a member of the global People Services team, reporting into the People Services Director. This role plays a pivotal part in the wider Travelport People Services team who are made up of Business Partners, Centers of Expertise (e.g. Recruitment, Rewards), Regional Managers/Advisors and Administrators. People Services is the Shared Service Center and is a hub of activity and at the heart of Travelport’s People Services process; that delivers all related administration activities including query resolution, processing starters and leavers and contractual changes. You will provide a consistent, accurate response to HR queries and transactions. They should have a service management attitude to their work in terms of accurately capturing queries and looking for continuous improvement activities. They will successfully perform the tasks that have been allocated and will escalate issues, when identified/required. This role will be involved in… · Query / Case Management – accurate and timely recording, tracking and response to queries and HR transactions. · Workforce administration – administers employee/new joiner related transactions including recruitment administration (interviews & assessments, offer letters and contract production) and maintaining the centralized employee data. · Measurement against Service Delivery : reviews their input into the teams’ work – i.e. volume, accuracy and looks at ways to improve the service they deliver. · Process/Service improvement: Make improvement suggestions on services from employee feedback for better service delivery. Make improvement suggestions to process, technology and tools leveraged on the team to optimize and streamline the utilization and day to day productivity. · Team Player: Working together as a team. Contributing towards successful communication and positive motivation. · Customer experience: Ensure a consistent customer experience across the Business for People Services queries and transactions. What we look for? Experience and Capabilities: · Data Analysis & Reporting experience (operational and management) · Required knowledge with People Systems (Oracle HCM, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) · Global HR/People Services experience is desirable. Soft Skills and Personality: · Able to communicate both verbal and written, in English (other languages are also a preference but not mandatory) · Sense of urgency and focus (ability to prioritize) · Customer Service oriented. · Collaborative and Engaging · Strong Communication (verbal and written) · Adaptable (comfortable with change) · Knowledge of European legislation preferable but not mandatory As we evolve and grow as a business, so do you.
