The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEC regulations, mergers and acquisitions, and experience working with early-stage businesses and active investors. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required for effective communication with a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters, including securities offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and compliance with SEC regulations.
2. Assist in the representation of early-stage businesses and investors, advising on corporate structuring, funding, and regulatory compliance.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements and documents.
4. Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service and communication.
5. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex corporate transactions and legal matters.
Qualifications:
1. At least five years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on securities, mergers, acquisitions, and early-stage business transactions.
2. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential for client interactions.
3. Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
4. Strong attention to detail and self-motivation to manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. Admission to the New York Bar is required.
6. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is necessary.
