About The Role
To create and deliver a cohesive, benchmarked programme of services and benefits for Warwick’s ever-growing, global alumni and supporter community, to foster engagement and mutual benefit in support of the DAE strategy.
Work alongside the Head of ASE to monitor and recommend improvements across the core programme of alumni services and benefits and ensure they are implemented effectively and communicated across all key stakeholders.
To lead a consistent, robust practice for inward enquiry management, including acting as first point of escalation for the ASE team where inward enquiries are more complex, sensitive or challenging, usually resolving these independently and escalating further by exception.
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
About You
The postholder should have substantial experience of working in a fundraising, alumni engagement, marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement and/or events role. With experience of building relationships and developing communications for a complex organisation, with numerous clients and a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience of working in Higher Education would be an advantage, as would experience of working with international stakeholders.
The post holder should have the flexibility and proactivity to approach tasks and challenges. Plus be adept at collaborative working and project management working alongside others both within the institution and externally.
An enthusiasm and willingness to be involved in Development and Alumni Engagement activities and as the team grows.
