Purpose We have an exciting opportunity as a Pricing Specialist. The role is to execute Diodes pricing strategy in conjunction with the Global Sales force and the Corporate Product Business Groups, and facilitate the profitable growth of Diodes Sales and Market Share year on year. The Key Responsibility Areas Include Implement pricing tactics within the framework of the agreed pricing strategy. To communicate daily with Business Units to highlight opportunities and gain market, factory supply and competitor information. To prepare, coordinate and consolidate large multi-line business tenders for strategic customers. Manage any potential pricing conflict within Global sales team. Oversee the maintenance of data necessary for the efficient operation of Diodes on-line pricing management tool. Work with Finance, Sales, Planning, IT and Product Marketing where necessary. Identify key opportunities and make sure every effort is made to book profitably. Undertake ad-hoc project work and report generation as deemed necessary. Candidates Should Possess Education to a degree level. Proven aptitude in Mathematics and English at GCSE level. Experience of working in an environment of continuous improvement. Understanding and analysis of statistics. Experience of working in a fast-paced, high pressured work environment. Proven negotiation and influencing skills. Experience of producing large, highly detailed business tenders. Able to multitask and prioritize workload with minimal supervision. High level Excel skills including Macros. Focused with the initiative to work unsupervised and make business decisions in a timely manner. Adaptable and flexible to a demanding and fast changing work environment. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivation with a positive attitude to work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
