The role: As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the UK e-commerce strategy. This will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the online store, enhancing the customer experience, driving digital marketing efforts, and improving online sales performance. Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) to drive traffic and increase brand visibility within the fitness community. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure successful execution of online sales strategies. Analyse performance data and key metrics, providing insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities, keeping the brand competitive and at the forefront of the fitness market. Skills and requirements: Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and online retail, ideally within the consumer goods or fitness sector—understanding what drives results in the fitness world. Strong understanding of website analytics, SEO, SEM, conversion optimisation, and e-commerce platforms. A genuine passion for fitness, with familiarity in fitness equipment and home gym products—because they understand the gear that fuels the passion for training and achieving fitness goals.
