The Role As a Product Owner, you will: Represent product features and stories within the development team, advocating for the customer's voice throughout the delivery process. Collaborate with various business teams to drive customer advocacy and support product delivery. Define and maintain a prioritised backlog of user stories, ensuring clear specifications for the development team. Work closely with the development team to plan sprints, refine backlog items, and lead requirements gathering. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, removing impediments, and ensuring the successful implementation of product features. Key Responsibilities Advocate for the vision and voice of the customer across each product feature/story. Develop detailed specifications and acceptance criteria for product features/stories. Lead requirement gathering, sprint planning, and participate actively in agile ceremonies. Document new features, demonstrate product iterations, and capture feedback. Collaborate with non-technical teams to support new projects and ensure smooth communication. Work closely with marketing to maximise product awareness and coverage. What You'll Need Certified Agile Product Owner Strong experience in Agile, Scrum methodology, and practices as a Product Owner. Experience in the Insurance and Broking industry, with a solid understanding of policy administration systems. Familiarity with DevOps or JIRA.
