As a Business Analyst focused on products in insurance, propositions, and front office at Deloitte Digital, you will play a critical role in helping insurance companies achieve their business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to work with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements related to insurance products, propositions, and front office operations. You will analyze and document business processes and workflows related to insurance products and propositions, including underwriting, policy administration, claims, and customer service. Additionally, you will develop functional specifications and use cases for insurance products and propositions, collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with overall product and proposition strategies, and participate in testing and quality assurance activities related to insurance products and propositions.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing support during implementation and post-implementation phases, including user training and support.
2. Conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops related to insurance products and propositions.
3. Identifying and documenting risks and issues related to insurance products and propositions, and providing recommendations for mitigation.
4. Developing and maintaining project documentation related to insurance products and propositions.
5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in insurance products and propositions.

To be successful in the role of Business Analyst at Deloitte Digital, you will need a combination of business and technical skills, as well as experience in the insurance industry. You should have a strong understanding of insurance products and propositions, including underwriting, policy administration, claims, and customer service, and experience in developing functional specifications and use cases. Additionally, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget. Relevant certifications, such as CBAP or CCBA, are a plus.
Minimum Requirements:
* Strong understanding of insurance products and propositions, including underwriting, policy administration, claims, and customer service.
* Experience in developing functional specifications and use cases.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), are a plus.
