Job Description
* Processing and settling insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner
* Providing excellent customer service to clients
* Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and legal regulations pertaining to debt collection
* Monitor and analyse customer accounts to identify outstanding debts
* Develop and implement effective recovery strategies
* Provide guidance and support to the collection team
* Working collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals
* Adhering to company guidelines and industry regulations
* Reporting to the customer service manager on project progress
* Identifying potential issues and suggesting appropriate solutions
* Participating in training and development activities
* Maintaining accurate records of all claims
The Successful Applicant
A successful Claims Project Member should have:
* A solid understanding of the insurance industry
* The ability to work well within a team
* Good problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication abilities
* A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Negotiation experience in the financial sector also considered
* Excellent questioning and negotiating skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Resilient and empathetic attitude
* Ability to positively resolve highly emotional situations
* Strong work ethic and initiative & ability to work towards targets
What's on Offer
* Basic salary of £24,000 to £26,000
* 5% discretionary bonus
* Monthly completion bonuses of £750
