Duties
* Providing excellent service to customers via email, phone, and web chat in Spanish.
* Processing information and responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
* Resolving complaints courteously and efficiently, taking remedial actions as needed.
* Clarifying customer complaints, identifying causes, proposing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
* Maintaining a high level of customer focus and going the extra mile for satisfaction.
* Escalating issues to the Team Leader or Compliance Team as appropriate.
* Following up on customer interactions according to company procedures.
* Mentoring junior team members and liaising with other departments to resolve queries.
* Adhering to company policies and maintaining professionalism.
* Recording and updating account information accurately with attention to detail.
* Monitoring website for errors and testing after updates and launches.
* Contributing ideas for process improvements and service enhancement.
Candidate Requirements
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proactive, results-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
* Quick learner in dynamic environments.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook.
* Knowledge of online gaming and betting industry is a plus.
