WE HAVE AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A QUALIFIED COMPUTER SCIENCE TEACHER IN COVENTRY!
Teaching Personnel require a confident individual who is either qualified or has had vast experience teaching computer science in a UK secondary school. The role will be a full time position in one of our excellent partner schools in Coventry (CV7).
Hours: Full Time
Pay rate: To scale for fully qualified teachers (£(Apply online only) per day dependent upon qualifications and experience)
Location: Coventry, CV7
Start Date: ASAP
The ideal applicant will:
- Hold a UK QTS in Computer Science
- Have vast experience teaching/covering Computer Science lessons in a UK secondary school
- Have competent knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum for Computer Science
- Be able to commit to a full time teaching opportunity
- Be confident with their own behaviour management skills and be a strong classroom presence
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively
You will be responsible for:
- planning and delivering a range of exciting computer science lessons to KS3-KS5 that engages all learners within each class
- providing constructive and positive feedback through marking and verbal communication on a consistent basis
- ensuring the best academic outcomes for all pupils within your classes
- working closely with support staff to ensure pupils with special educational needs, receive the care and dedication they need in order to succeed
- ensuring safeguarding principles are at the centre of your practice
