About the Role: They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their growing team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be working on new build housing sites valued from £6M up to £18M. This is an exciting opportunity to move away from a larger PLC environment and join a dynamic team with significant growth potential. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial activities on multiple residential development projects. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability. Work closely with the build and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
