The Role
As the first Account Executive in the UK, you’ll take ownership of building the market from the ground up. From identifying key segments to closing new business, you’ll shape the go-to-market approach and directly influence the company’s success in a key growth region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect, engage, and close new business with enterprise-level organisations
* Develop a scalable pipeline across the construction, infrastructure, and sustainability sectors
* Collaborate with global leadership to refine regional sales strategy
* Operate as both a commercial lead and a strategic market builder
What Does Success Look Like? You’ll consistently win new business, establish key partnerships, and help the company define its commercial presence in the UK - setting yourself up to take on a senior leadership role.
Who We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years’ total experience in sales/AE role, with at least 3 years in a quota-carrying role
* Proven track record of new logo acquisition and closing complex B2B deals
* Experience in greentech, or hardware/software sales
* Entrepreneurial mindset - someone who’s built markets, launched products, or created demand from scratch
* Commutable location to London
* Ambitious and self-starting, with long-term leadership aspirations
