From sending out Christmas trees for journalists to review to working with a legal client to analyse Coronation Street storylines, this is a varied role that is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment & has good analytical skills. On top of good analytical skills, you’ll have good written and verbal skills, as well as good organisation skills in order to manage media lists and our journalist database, you'll also be able to keep on top of admin-related tasks such as updating these lists & databases when required. The Main Responsibilities of the Digital PR Executive will be: Create stories about client products and services to generate media coverage online Monitor media trends and tap into these when relevant to secure coverage - both proactive and reactive newsjacking Monitoring news on a daily basis Use our media database to source relevant contacts and build relationships with journalists Interview clients and create content for thought leadership articles, to be placed on industry blogs and magazines Client communication - regular client communication including report Delivering regular backlinks across outreach campaigns Campaign ideation - creating effective campaign ideas Key skills required: Minimum 1 year's experience in Digital PR Experience in digital PR and outreach, with examples to back it up Using PR databases, software and reporting platforms Proven journalistic link building experience Great writing skills Communication skills About Cedarwood Digital Cedarwood Digital is a digital marketing agency specialising in PPC, SEO, Digital PR and content marketing.
