This role is a key part of the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) team, playing a vital role in supporting and advancing our D&I commitments. It brings these commitments to life by coordinating and celebrating events, collaborating with our internal networks, and delivering impactful learning solutions and listening sessions. Through this role, you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful change, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure that D&I remains at the heart of everything we do. Develop analytics to track the impact of each event. Support both online and in-person events, including training and listening groups, managing attendee lists, monitoring attendance, and handling pre/post-coursework. Attend network events, maintain action logs, and ensure upcoming celebrations are included in plans. Regularly update and review content to reflect the D&I calendar, ensuring high quality. Provide administrative support to the D&I Advisor and Head of D&I, manage purchase orders, payments, and event logistics.
