Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Larkfield, with some work-from-home opportunities available. The Service & Solutions Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing aftermarket sales leads, developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and creating sales strategies to promote BOMAG's aftermarket services. The role also involves analyzing customer needs, preparing quotes, and collaborating with the technical and sales team to deliver customized support and solutions.
Qualifications
1. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, ideally with Tele Sales Skills
2. Proven Sales experience and ability to develop effective sales strategies
3. Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and market trends
4. Ability to work both independently and within a team
5. Relevant experience in the construction or heavy machinery industry is a plus
