TXM Recruit are working with an award winning, M&E services contractor who are looking for an experienced Scheduler/Administrator to join their contracts team in their Stockport. MAIN DUTIES Maintain engineers’ diaries and supporting databases. Liaise with the coordinate team, engineers and Sub-Contractors to ensure works are completed on time and on budget Oversee investigations around complaints, queries or concerns for clients, tenants or engineers Offer support on all the above to other teams. Use bespoke diary management system to effectively schedule works to provide quick and efficient service. Ensure resident concerns are attended to and completed within agreed timeframe Deal with inbound and outbound calls Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. 12-week contract, possibility for extension. Pay: £12 Per hour REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS Industry experience in planning/scheduling works. Maintenance scheduler experience. CAFM system experience.
