We’re looking for a confident and NEC-accredited Contract Manager to join our Hard FM Procurement Project Team, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Landlord. This is a pivotal role supporting the mobilisation and in-life management of a newly procured NEC4 Facilities Management Contract (FMC).
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we deliver facilities management through one of the most modern and robust contract frameworks available. You’ll play a key role in embedding best practices, supporting internal teams, and ensuring the effective delivery and ongoing performance of the contract.
Key Responsibilities

Lead on the mobilisation of the NEC4 FMC, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Support the implementation of NEC4 contract processes including early warnings, compensation events, programme updates, and performance reviews.

Develop and embed internal procedures, tools, and reporting mechanisms to manage the contract effectively.
*
Act as a source of NEC4 expertise and guidance across the team, building internal confidence and capability.

Ensure ongoing compliance and best practice contract administration, aligned with the Service Manager function under the NEC4 FMC.
Essential Requirements
*
NEC4 ECC Project Manager Accreditation (NEC4 PM Accreditation).
*
Proven experience delivering and managing NEC-based term contracts, ideally including the NEC4 FMC or similar Term Service Contracts (TSC).

Strong understanding of contract mobilisation and operational performance management.
*
Hands-on experience with NEC contract mechanisms such as early warnings, compensation events, and reporting processes.
*
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at multiple levels.
Desirable
*
Knowledge or experience of the Service Manager role under NEC4 FMC.
Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of home and site/ office. Excellent working conditions and day rate and a long-term contract
