Job Summary:
Barnsley College is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Trainer to join our Apprenticeships team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes in accountancy and finance, assessing apprentice performance, and working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of apprenticeship programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement engaging and effective training materials
* Provide regular feedback and assessment to apprentices
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., accountancy, finance)
* Significant experience in teaching or training, preferably in a Further Education setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
