As a Customer Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include: Taking and managing customer orders via phone and email with care and accuracy. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data in our system. Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required. Brochure packing. We Would Love To See Previous experience in a customer service role (but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important). Confident telephone manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Comfort with using computer systems and basic software like Microsoft Office.
