The E-Sports Arena Assistant will support the operational, supervisory, and administrative functions within the Esports Arena when it is open to the public. This role involves monitoring activities, ensuring safety, enforcing policies, and supervision of players in the arena, while ensuring events run smoothly from a technical standpoint.
Education and Experience
* Knowledge of PC and console operating systems is essential.
* An enthusiasm for gaming and a willingness to learn audio visual basics (such as HDMI connections, microphone and camera operation) are also essential.
* Current First Aid (desirable)

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflict.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently, co-operatively and flexibly within a team, with excellent inter-personal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, often pressured environment.

* Adhere and promote data protection and cyber security policies to meet the requirements of the role.
* Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with stakeholders who have no technical knowledge.
