The Role:
* Working alongside experienced sales and delivery teams ensuring smooth-running delivery process - Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and roundup assigned projects
* Coordinating the delivery of projects against statement of works
* Scheduling of Engineering resource
* Responsible for the flow of information to the customer and delivery team - deliver project documentation
* Ensure change process is followed and manage project escalations to ensure outcomes achieved
* Obtain feedback on work delivered, both during and at completion of works Highlighting follow-on opportunities to account managers
* Ensuring general up-keep and administration of service related documentation
Job Requirements:

* Ability to build strong rapport.
* An underlying IT technical knowledge is not essential as full training will be given
* Ability to work as part of a team and display teamwork.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven track record in a similar role
* Understanding of B2B processes desirable but not essential
* Experience within an MSP environment desirable
