Come build the future with us and apply directly to your dream job POSITION SUMMARY: In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our business by leading the central overheads forecasting process, managing ledger administration, and providing crucial support to the FP&A function for Alexander Dennis. If you're passionate about financial planning and analysis and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you WHAT YOU WILL DO: Completion of the overheads forecasting process and consolidation of the UK Bus overheads prior to submission into Hyperion Monthly meetings with the budget holders to share the spend incurred in the prior period and analysis of any variances to forecast Partnering with the business to provide better understanding of their costs and to drive efficiencies Overhead variance analysis presented to the executive team monthly Headcount analysis provided to the business monthly Preparation of weekly GLT metrics presenting to the Executive team ahead of submission to NFI Management and support of the ledgers administration function for the AD Business Unit Supporting the completion of management reporting slides Supporting the preparation of the AOP Supporting the finance team with various projects as required Supporting NFI FP&A requests and initiatives Support to the BU Finance teams as required WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: CIMA/ACCA/ACA part/fully qualified or qualifying business experience Strong financial software/ERP experience – ideally Syspro & Hyperion High level Microsoft skills, including excel, access and PowerPoint Enquiring and analytical mind Willingness to challenge accepted practices Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working cross functionally and with all levels of the business Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively Experience of working in a large company with global sites and multi divisions WHY JOIN OUR TEAM: Generous salary package – we reward our people at the level they deserve.
