Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. We're seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a Team Leader, managing a team of talented individuals. You'll be responsible for communicating company goals, EHS safety practices, and deadlines to the team. Motivate team members and assess performance, keeping the PrScL updated. In addition, you'll also be responsible for communicating concerns and policies among management and team members.
We'll look to you to:
1. Manage inventory and maintain SAP Locations.
2. Ensure the daily workload is prioritized within the Team.
3. Ensure raw materials are inspected, always stored, and counted correctly in line with the Projects perpetual stock checking commitment & stock accuracy requirements.
4. Make EHS a priority ensuring the Project complies with all health and safety instructions, policies, and procedures, ensuring that the Team completes regular safety tours.
5. Ensure that all component exchange kitting is completed proactively in line with the agreed production plan.
6. Maintain the stores 24/7 stores roster.
7. Work in a safe and orderly manner, maintaining a clean, tidy, and working environment at all times.
