Your Role
As the Sales Office Manager, you will be the cornerstone of the sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and Mentoring: Guide and support the sales team to ensure they reach their KPIs.
* Office Coordination: Organise and coordinate office administration to ensure efficiency.
* Customer Interaction: Manage relationships with customers and handle both inbound and outbound calls.
* Executive Support: Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments.
* Team Management: Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities among office staff.
* Data Security: Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
* Complaint Handling: Address and resolve any customer complaints.
