Are you an experienced corporate lawyer who enjoys working on high value transactions?
* Particularly interested in the due diligence aspect of deals, and keen on ensuring these run smoothly from instruction to completion?
My client is a thriving Top 100 national firm which continues to enjoy high levels of deal activity, and acts for an impressive client base of blue-chips, plcs and household names.
As the firm’s businesses services offering expands an opportunity has arisen for a corporate lawyer who specialises (or is interested in doing so) in the due diligence aspects of high value transactions, acting on behalf of both buyers and financiers to ensure that any potential risks are identified at an early stage in the process as well as preparing due diligence reports for vendors and managing data rooms.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a high calibre specialist in this field and will be handling some really interesting matters, providing a key advisory role within the corporate team both in the Birmingham office and nationally.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a corporate lawyer, likely to have accrued circa 7yrs PQE or equivalent, who particularly enjoys the due diligence process and all that it entails and who is looking to pivot their career to being a specialist within this particular niche. Remuneration is highly competitive and should attract the best talent in the local market.
