The Role As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts department and managing the financial operations of the business. This is a key role within our finance team, where you will have the opportunity to influence the company's future financial strategy. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee budgets and financial reports. Prepare management accounts and cash flow forecasts. Conduct month-end reporting and business performance stats. Analyse exchange rates and statutory compliance, including VAT. Oversee payroll in conjunction with an external payroll company. Liaise with external accountants for the annual audit. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager or someone who has worked closely with one and is ready to take on more responsibility.
