Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding, in a timely manner, to all enquiries received from Clients, leaseholders and other stakeholders
* Preparing budgets for consideration by Clients and management of budget expenditure throughout the year
* Review of year end accounts, seeking approval on these and arranging for distribution of the same
* Dealing with transfer paperwork when properties change hands, including updating of Company Books and issue of Share Certificate, as applicable
* Project Management of any major projects including issue of Section 20 notices and liaison with Building Surveyors and Contractors throughout
* Reviewing leases and ensuring compliance with the terms contained therein
* Working with the accounts team on management of arrears
* Completing KPI data as required for reporting to Head of Property Management and Clients
* Site inspections in line with management agreements
* Attending, chairing and minuting Annual General Meetings and any Director or Resident meetings
* Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety and Fire Safety legislation
* Arranging re-active and pro-active repairs and works as needed
* Working with, and providing support to, the rest of the office team
