Key Responsibilities:
* Leading negotiations on terms and conditions for tenders, aligning outcomes with business goals while mitigating risks.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare and review pre-tender documentation and commercial qualifications.
* Managing vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and handling post-tender contract oversight.
* Working closely with Legal and Project Teams to address and resolve contractual disputes or legal claims.
* Ensuring contracts adhere to compliance standards, staying informed of legislative changes and industry regulations.
* Identifying potential contractual risks and implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating framework agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other contractual documents.
* Overseeing supply chain management by monitoring vendor agreements and coordinating necessary contractual amendments.
* Conducting commercial analysis on tendered projects to establish performance baselines before transitioning to operations.
* Providing training and guidance to project teams on risk management and best practices for contract handling.
