This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians who support patient care across a wide range of clinical specialties within the Trust. With the support of our Specialist Clinical Pharmacists and Principal Pharmacists, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Responsibilities : You will become part of a growing team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians who support patient care across a wide range of clinical specialties within the Trust. With the support of our Specialist Clinical Pharmacists and our Principal Pharmacists across a range of clinical specialties, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. In addition to delivering ward-based pharmaceutical care and providing clinical support to the dispensary, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of medicines optimisation and medicines safety activities as part of your wider medicines management role. Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field Valid pharmacy license Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy role Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices and medication management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in pharmacy management software Commitment to continuous professional development Why work with Pulse?
