With a strong international presence and an innovative product suite, our client is now seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to support and grow their NHS customer base.
This is a pivotal role, focused on ensuring effective adoption, maximising engagement, and driving measurable outcomes for NHS customers across the UK. You’ll be instrumental in helping clients realise the full value of the software solutions, building trusted relationships, and acting as a key liaison between the customer and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of NHS customers, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor
* Drive user adoption and ensure customers achieve tangible outcomes and benefit realisation
* Collaborate closely with implementation, product and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
* Monitor customer health metrics, proactively addressing issues to support retention and satisfaction
* Provide ongoing education and enablement, including training, webinars, and knowledge sharing
* Gather and relay customer feedback to inform future product development and strategy
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience working with NHS customers in a Customer Success, Adoption, Account Management, or PreSales position
* Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and the challenges faced by NHS organisations
* Background in working with complex software products or digital health solutions
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver value in a consultative, solutions-focused manner
