The Opportunity!
Precision Resource Group (PRG) are beyond excited to be looking for a dynamic and motivated Content Creator / Digital Marketing Executive to manage and produce multimedia content across our digital platforms.
This role will focus on creating and editing video content, podcasts, and social media materials, with a client-facing component. You will collaborate directly with clients for interviews, video case studies, and podcast recordings, ensuring that all content is high-quality and aligns with our brand's messaging and objectives.
If you consider yourself 'The ideal candidate'; then you will have strong technical skills in content creation, including proficiency in using professional audio and video equipment, and be comfortable working directly with clients to capture and produce engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Content Production:
* Work directly with clients to conduct video interviews, case studies, and podcast recordings, managing logistics and ensuring high-quality production.
* Set up and operate equipment for client shoots, including audio, video, and lighting setups, ensuring professional and polished content.
Podcast & Video Production:
* Edit and produce podcast episodes and video content, including interviews, client case studies, and promotional materials.
* Ensure all multimedia content is of high quality, follows brand guidelines, and is ready for distribution across platforms.
Social Media Management:
* Plan and execute social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook), creating engaging content (both written and multimedia) and ensuring timely distribution.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content supports overall marketing campaigns.
Content Creation:
* Write and edit copy for social media posts, blogs, and websites to support marketing campaigns and events, maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging.
* Use design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to create basic graphics for social media and marketing materials.
Basic Analytics & Reporting:
* Track and report on the performance of digital content (videos, podcasts, social media posts), providing insights to refine future content strategies.
* Work with the marketing team to identify areas for improvement based on analytics data.
About You!
Experience & Skills:
* 1-3 years of experience in digital content creation, including video editing, podcast production, and social media management.
* Proficient with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and familiar with social media platforms.
* Experience setting up and operating a Zoom H6 audio recorder with external microphones for high-quality audio capture.
* Knowledge of 3-point camera setups for video interviews, including framing, angles, and multi-camera editing.
* Experience with basic lighting setups using tripods and lights to ensure professional-quality video production.
* Confident in a client-facing role, able to manage interviews and recordings with clients to produce high-quality content.
* Strong copywriting skills, able to create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.
* Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Photoshop for creating simple visuals.
