Hours: Full-time - Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £23,000
REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Office Administrator.
Responsibilities:
* Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate customer account records
* Providing delivery details and order updates to customers
* Handling shipping queries
* Generating reports and performing various other tasks to assist both the sales team and customers
* Managing customer telephone and email enquiries
* Providing general administration support
