**SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity**
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who require additional support, particularly in Year 2.

* **Location**: Burton upon Trent
* **Hours**: 18 hours per week, Monday to Friday
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teaching staff to provide individualized support to a child in need of additional help.

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated at £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
1. Provide one-to-one support to a child in Year 2 who requires additional help
2. Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
3. Assist with lesson planning and delivery to ensure inclusive learning environments
4. Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed of progress
This is a temporary role, covering the academic year, with the possibility of extension.
