MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit an Asset Data Analyst on a Permanent basis in Kent.
Salary - £36,636
Hours - 37hrs per week, hybrid working (arrangement can be discussed)
Key Responsibilities:
1. With the support of the Investment Manager, review the existing Keystone data, identify areas of concern, and cleanse the existing data to enable accurate assessments of individual property performance.
2. Be the operational lead for the management of property and programme data, ensuring that Managers, Surveyors, and Project Managers have the correct works schedules for programmes and reconcile data back on completion.
3. Present and interpret data and make recommendations to influence and drive investment decisions.
4. Collaborate with various teams to provide accurate stock and energy data to help inform its 30-year Business Plan, annual budget setting, works programmes, and any future Net Present Value/Stock Options Appraisal exercises.
5. Lead on the provision of property (and energy) data reports to senior managers and the wider organisation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of data.
6. Proactively interrogate property and energy data to identify any potential errors or inconsistencies and investigate these.
7. In conjunction with the Sustainability Officer, regularly undertake the effective import of new Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) data into Keystone in liaison with consultants and colleagues.
8. Identify properties with no or limited EPC/SAP data available on Keystone and liaise with internal teams or external agencies to retrieve data where available.
9. Support the Investment Manager to process and report upon energy data held in Keystone using the interface with the SAVA Intelligent Energy software.
