A day in the life of a Branch Manager
1. Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
2. Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
3. Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
4. Encourage your teams development and progression
5. Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
7. Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
8. Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
9. Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
Essential Skills of a Branch Manager
1. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
3. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
4. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
5. The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
6. The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
7. A strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
8. Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
9. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
10. Ability to work under own initiative
11. Good telephone manner
12. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
13. Attention to detail
