Teaching Assistant (Primary School) Location - CF47 Area Full time - Full time Pay rate - £12.90 per hour Start date - ASAP We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school community in CF47. In this role, you’ll work closely with our talented teachers, providing both general classroom support and 1-2-1 assistance to students who need that extra bit of help. Job responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons. Provide 1-2-1 support to students, tailored to their individual needs. Assist with the planning and preparation of classroom activities. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive interactions among students. Support students with special educational needs to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will: Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to working with children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A team player who is flexible and willing to take on various roles within the classroom. A passion for education and helping students succeed.
