Job Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that supports individual learning and development. Employ innovative teaching strategies to meet diverse needs and abilities. Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and external specialists to create personalized learning plans. Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and celebrating achievements. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). Experience working with students with SEN, particularly in a secondary school setting. Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and behavior management. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one. Passion, empathy, and patience in working with diverse learners.
