As we continue to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning Assistant to enhance their career within our Penrith Office.
The ideal candidate will have to be able to work unsupervised but effectively as part of a small team, have good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and excellent attention to detail.
If you are a confident communicator with great customer service skills and IT literate in MS Outlook, Excel and Word, you are exactly what we are looking for.
Experience within the financial services industry is not essential as full training will be given.
Responsibilities
1. Daily office operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesy.
2. Maintain organised filing systems and perform data entry tasks accurately.
3. Utilising Microsoft Office, Google and Salesforce to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
5. Support team members with clerical tasks and office-related projects as needed.
Qualifications
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. Experience in administrative roles and customer service would be preferable.
4. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
5. Competent in data entry and clerical tasks.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Hours per week: 35

Pay: From £15,652.00 per year
