Due to expansion within DSM-F Dalry, which includes the Bovaer Plant, we have 1 permanent vacancy within the Operational Support Department working on dayshift.

This role sits within the Animal Nutrition and Health business unit, generating the nutritional premix and additives to mix into animal feed.

Your key responsibilities
1. Provides additional fault-finding support and leadership to the craftworker & production teams.
2. Provides specialist support on complex equipment and/or systems.
3. Provides support to planners in preparation of work packages.
4. Coaching and training of craftworker & product teams on critical/ complex pieces of equipment.
5. Ensure adherence to Site Schedule.
6. Contributes to RCA / FMEAs.
7. Follows SHE policy & SHEQ requirements.
8. Tracking maintenance performance against required standards and implementing
9. improvements.

You bring
13. The successful candidates should have a minimum of an HNC in a relevant subject and be willing to work towards degree level.
14. Candidates must have demonstrated people management skills and previous supervisory experience would be an advantage.
15. They must also be able to show effective leadership, good communication and the ability to effect change.
16. Other essential behaviours are being flexible, team player, good communication, problem solving and organisational skills.
