Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Supply Teachers to join our pool of educators for secondary schools in the Fetcham area. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to step into various classrooms and make an immediate impact by delivering high-quality lessons and supporting students in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons according to the provided plans.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Support students' academic progress and well-being.
* Adapt quickly to different school environments and varying subject areas.
* Ensure that the school’s policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Previous teaching experience, particularly in secondary education, is desirable.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to new environments quickly.
* A passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
