Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be exclusively working with our client, to support them in a search for a Payroll Assistant, based in Portsmouth, with the option of hybrid working. Initially this is role is offered on a 3-month fixed-term contract with the potential to extended and/or go permanent.
Reporting into a personable and knowledgeable Finance Director, you will be responsible for supporting the payroll team with administrative duties.
In this role, you will be responsible for;
Accurate data entry into the payroll system
Clearing a backlog of work with a strong focus on attention to detail
Processing holiday pay
Inputting of timesheets
Any additional duties as required by the team
You will ideally have experience in a similar position and have excellent attention to detail.
As a person, you will be a quick learner and able to work independently.
In return, you will receive a salary of circa £30k, depending on experience, with some fantastic benefits, including hybrid working, generous annual leave and enhanced pension.
