This is a pivotal role, working closely with Sales, Underwriting and clients. Responsibilities Working with Business Development Managers to build and deliver new business. Continuous monitoring and development of a growing portfolio of clients. Point of contact for all inbound queries. Adopt proactive client contact activity, in line with relationship development strategy. Resolve inbound verbal, email and written enquiries from clients and brokers and ensuring the customer receives an excellent service. Work in conjunction with underwriters and loan administrators to efficiently process applications, deals and ensuring clients are continuously updated with progress. Regularly engage with new and existing clients with the aim to create new opportunities for additional lending and/or additional products and refer as appropriate. Work with the Business Development Managers to identify new advisers and key players to target. Ensure that notes on the CRM system notes are of the highest quality and highlight all future opportunities. Ability to liaise with various teams internally, including Underwriters, Case Managers, wider Sales team and Stakeholders. Improve internal systems to ensure the team works in an efficient way. Education & Experience Previous experience within the Financial or Property Services. Enthusiastic with the ability to work towards targets. Excellent telephone manner. Ability to engage and undertake quality conversations with clients and colleagues. Excellent organisational, communication, numerical and analytical skills. Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative. Demonstrable problem solving, decision-making and time management skills. The ability to identify new lending or additional business opportunities with existing clients.
