Job Description An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Bartender to join the Food & Beverage Department at Raffles London at the OWO. Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing drinks for our guests, providing courteous service, and maintaining high levels of service throughout each shift in line with established standards. You will be fully knowledgeable about all elements of the menu, learn the correct presentation and garnish for all drinks, and comply with licensing laws. Passionate about people, you will join a team dedicated to delivering an outstanding bar experience, with attention to detail and genuine guest interaction being paramount to success. This role includes a Work Life Balance with operational hours from Tuesday to Saturday 17:00 - 01:30, and Uber allowance after 00:30. Responsibilities Work with the head bartender and bar manager to ensure the beverage programme is executed well. Collaborate with the bar back team for setup and MEP to desirable standards. Use lab equipment safely. Ensure the bar is set up and broken down efficiently. Work hands-on across all bars and beverage outlets. Conduct detailed and precise order taking and communication with guests. Build and develop good guest relations, including problem-solving and complaint handling. Prepare the department for service and manage time-sensitive targets. Perform other duties as required, including working in different departments or restaurants. Who are we looking for? A proven track record of high service levels under pressure. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Willingness to contribute to a 24h operational schedule when required. Recent experience in bars, ideally in the luxury sector. Good knowledge of spirits and cocktails. Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering the best service possible. Able to work within a team.
