Job Purpose
The main feature of this role is to be responsible for preparing and issuing effective client and CBRE reports. To collect and collate the necessary data across a global account and produce high quality insights into the performance of the account.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, prepare and issue predefined reports for both internal and external customers.
2. Responsible for updating and maintaining the central contract database for the account.
3. Prepare account review documentation, including but not limited to:
1. Account Monthly Operational Report
2. Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews
3. Financial reporting and analysis
4. Work with Operational, Finance, QHSE, Commercial, HR leads to collect data and ensure a consistent approach to reporting.
5. Work with internal teams such as Vantage to automate and develop meaningful dashboards for client and internal stakeholders.
6. Organise review meetings as necessary.
Education
1. Good basic education to GCSE (or equivalent standard) which will include an English and Maths qualification.
2. Higher educational qualifications to A Level/HNC/D/GNVQ would be beneficial.
Training
1. Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
2. Experience in using/creating in Power BI & SmartSheet would be an advantage.
3. Experience of using Finance Support Systems would be beneficial.
4. Experience in using CMMS systems is desirable.
Experience
1. Experience of a similar role – being able to demonstrate high quality data gathering, analysis and reporting.
2. Well-developed communication skills enabling the individual to work with Senior Managers, clients, suppliers, and staff of all levels and abilities.
